HONDA CIVIC TYPE R 2020: UPDATING THE MODEL

Honda fans got good news in early 2020. The Honda Civic Type R was displayed in Tokyo in the exclusive Boost Blue color. Inside, the car got a steering wheel clad in Alcantara and a new gear lever. The Japanese have aadus on Board and Active Sound Control, which plays the evacuation sound in the speakers.

Honda Sensing support systems are included as standard, regardless of the level of equipment. The Japanese Builder announces improved steering and shock absorbers that provide more comfort.

Honda has not made any changes to the engine level, so the car is driven by the same 2, 0-liter four-cylinder turbo that develops 320 horsepower and 400 Nm of torque, going to the front axle using a six-speed manual transmission. The car is also equipped with a limited slip differential.
The driver of the Civic Type R can still choose one of the three available driving modes: Comfort, Sport, and + R, which changes the behavior of the suspension, steering, and acceleration.
